We try to keep our process the same for every project. This doesn't always happen. We advise clients that flexibility is often required from both sides. We do everything in our power to make sure everything goes smoothly and we will communicate at every step of the way.

We will schedule a brief, usually around 30 minutes, phone call to discuss the general overview of your project. This is for clients who are not working with a designer and would like assistance picking materials. This is a 1 hour session held in our showroom with our consulting designer Kate. She will walk through all aspects of designing your space. There is a fee for this consultation, if you move forward with the project, the fee is deducted from your final bill.

If you have a good idea of what materials you are interested in, you can forgo a design consult and set up a showroom visit with me. I ask clients to send over any mood boards or images they have collected to help me pick out and prepare for your visit. Similarly to the design consult, there is a fee for this service and it will be deducted from your final bill if you move forward with the project.

If you are going to move forward with our installation team we will schedule our first site visit. During this visit, we will look at your space, take photos and measurements and walk through some ideas about layout. This allows us to move forward putting together an accurate estimate for your project.
